For a week, Dream Doctor Nimrod Eisenberg truly became a part of the Jewish community of Pittsburgh, after flying there from Israel immediately following the attack on Tree Of Life – Or L’Simcha Congregation.

He connected to their children in such a special and meaningful way, helping them to work through their fear and reconnect to their strength.

He left a lasting impact, by training professionals all across the city in the innovative techniques that we developed here in Israel to help children and communities process trauma.

And he was warmly welcomed into homes, families, and into the hearts of everyone he met.

Thank you to our friends at Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs, United Hatzalah of Israel, Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh, and Moose Toys for your partnership. Without you we could not have embarked on this important mission!

And we send all of our love to our new friends who welcomed Dream Doctor “Max” (aka “Nimi”) with open arms at: Jewish Family and Community Services of Pittsburgh, JCC Pittsburgh, The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh,The Friendship Circle of Pittsburgh, Hillel Academy of Pittsburgh, Hillel Jewish University Center of Pittsburgh, Congregation Beth Shalom, andBeth El Synagogue.
